Our service packages

Winterization
Our winterization service includes draining your water heater (if equipped with a tank) and flushing all fresh water supply lines before filling them with RV-safe antifreeze. We also treat all drain traps with antifreeze to help prevent damage from freezing temperatures. Your fresh water tank will be drained to ensure your RV is properly prepared for off-season storage.
As part of the service, we will also perform a visual inspection of your roof seals to help identify any potential issues that could lead to leaks during winter months.
Please Note:
Holding tanks are the owner's responsibility to drain. If your RV is connected to a sewer system at the time of service, our technician will drain them. However, Fractured RV is not responsible for any tanks that freeze after the service is completed.
RVs with additional features—such as dishwashers, extra bathrooms, washer/dryer units, or ice makers—require extra steps and may incur additional charges. If your RV includes any of these, feel free to contact us for more information before your appointment.

Pre/Post-Delivery Inspection
Get peace of mind with our Delivery Inspection Service. We’ll thoroughly check out the entire unit — just like we were the ones buying it — and provide you with a detailed report card on its overall condition. That way, you know exactly what you’re working with before hitting the road.
-
De-Winterization
We’ll flush the antifreeze from your water lines, reset all valves and your water system back to summer mode, and pressure test the fresh water side to make sure everything is in good shape. We’ll also give your roof seals a careful visual inspection to help keep things watertight.
-
Summer Works Package
After your RV has been hibernating all winter, don’t just cross your fingers and hope everything works! Our Summer Get-Ready Package helps ensure your RV is fully functional and ready to hit the road without surprises.
We’ll:
Cycle all major systems
Perform a drop pressure test on the LP system
De-winterize your unit (includes full de-winterization service)
Visually inspect roof seals
Lubricate tongue jack and locks
Check tire condition and adjust PSI as needed
Start your season with confidence—fully prepped and ready for adventure, not last-minute repairs.
-
Roof Re-Seal
Your RV roof is one of its most important protective barriers—but over time, the sealant around vents, seams, skylights, and edges can wear down from sun, rain, and changing weather. Cracked or shrinking sealant can lead to leaks, and leaks can lead to expensive damage.
Our rubber roof reseal service includes a detailed inspection of your entire roof. We remove old, worn-out sealant and apply fresh, high-quality sealant where it’s needed most. It’s a simple step that goes a long way toward keeping your RV dry, protected, and ready for travel.
If it’s been more than a year since your last roof check, this is a great time to take care of it before small issues become big problems.
-
Bearing Repack
Your trailer’s wheel bearings may not be the most visible part of your setup, but they play a vital role in keeping everything moving safely and efficiently. Over time—and especially after sitting through the off-season or hauling heavy loads—bearings can dry out, collect debris, or begin to wear.
If not properly maintained, worn or neglected bearings can overheat, seize, or even lead to dangerous failures on the road. That’s why regular repacking is an essential part of trailer upkeep.
With our bearing repack service, we:
Remove old grease and clean the components
Inspect bearings and races for wear
Repack with fresh, high-temperature grease
Replace seals (standard parts included) and reassemble
We recommend this service every 12 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. It's a smart way to stay ahead of preventable issues and keep your trailer safe and ready for the road.
-
Roof Coat
Your RV’s rubber roof is constantly exposed to the elements—sun, rain, snow, falling branches, and more. Over time, the protective membrane can become dry, cracked, chalky, or worn down, leaving your roof vulnerable to leaks and long-term damage.
Our rubber roof recoat service helps protect and restore your roof before issues arise. We thoroughly clean the roof surface, inspect for damage, and apply a fresh layer of high-quality protective coating. This adds UV resistance, helps maintain flexibility, and creates a barrier against moisture—helping extend the life of your roof for years to come.
If your roof is starting to look weathered or hasn’t been serviced in a while, this is a smart preventative step that can help you avoid costly repairs in the future.
