Terms and Conditions
By using the services provided by Fractured RV LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Charges & Payment Terms
Labor Rate: $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments after the first 30 minutes.
Minimum Labor Charge: $50 (for the first 0.5 hours). This minimum applies to the entire work order, not individual tasks.
Mobile Service Fee: Varies depending on location (see the Mobile Service Area section for details). For more information on mobile service fees, please refer to our FAQ page at www.fracturedrv.com/faq for a full breakdown.
After-Hours/Weekend Surcharge: May apply for services outside regular operating hours (details will be provided before scheduling).
Parts: Priced separately. Parts can be supplied by us or by the customer.
Customer-Supplied Parts: Installed at your own risk. We do not provide a warranty on customer-supplied parts, and we are not liable for any issues arising from them.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of all services rendered. Parts required for service must be paid for in advance before the order is placed.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. A 3.5% processing fee will apply to all non-cash or check payments.
Returned Checks: A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks, and repayment must be made in cash within 10 days.
2. Estimates & Service Fees
Free Estimates: We will provide the most accurate estimate possible based on the information you provide at the time of scheduling. However, please note that we make no guarantees regarding the final cost of the service. A technician's arrival will incur an onsite fee (see Service Charges & Payment Terms above).
Estimates Are Subject to Change: If additional issues are discovered during service, the estimate may be adjusted. You will be notified and required to approve any changes before proceeding.
3. Service Areas & Mobile Service Fees
Service Coverage Area: We are based in Canfield, OH, and provide service within a 50-mile radius. Mobile service fees are calculated based on distance from Canfield, OH, as follows:
Zone 1 (0–15 miles): $50
Zone 2 (16–30 miles): $80
Zone 3 (31–40 miles): $100
Zone 4 (41–50 miles): $125
Repeat Visits: If a follow-up visit is required for work we are already made aware of, a new mobile service fee will apply. The fee is capped as follows:
Zone 1 & 2 Repeat Visits: $50
Zone 3 & 4 Repeat Visits: $75
Definition of Repeat Visit: A repeat visit refers to additional work related to a service request that has already been addressed in the original work order. Adding new tasks under the same work order will not be considered a repeat visit and will be subject to a full onsite fee.
Out-of-Zone Service: Service beyond 50 miles may be available on a case-by-case basis and will incur additional mileage charges. Please contact us for a custom quote if you're outside our typical service zones.
4. Warranty & Liabilities
Labor Warranty: All labor is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty. If issues arise directly related to our work, we will schedule a return visit to resolve them.
Parts Warranty: Warranties on parts are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide warranties on customer-supplied parts, and any goodwill services are offered at our discretion without warranty.
Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, failure, or issues related to customer-supplied parts, including their installation.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a minimum service fee.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any unnecessary fees.
6. Customer-Supplied Parts
Warranty on Customer-Supplied Parts: We do not offer warranties for parts supplied by the customer. The customer assumes all responsibility for the quality, compatibility, and fitment of the parts.
Refusal of Installation: We reserve the right to refuse installation of unsafe, incompatible, or poor-quality parts. If we determine that a customer-supplied part is unsuitable, we will notify you and may suggest alternatives.
7. Services We Do Not Provide
We do not perform chassis work, including engine, suspension, transmission, brake systems, or anything related to the drivetrain.
We do not service brakes or wheel bearings on motorized units.
While we work on the house side of motorhomes (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.), we do not service anything related to the vehicle chassis, including the engine and drivetrain.
8. Access Requirements
Access to Utilities: Some services may require access to electricity, water, or propane to complete the diagnosis and testing. We will notify you in advance if this is necessary.
System Testing: We test all systems we work on, to the extent possible under mobile conditions. If you are present during the service, we will walk you through the repairs. If you are absent, we will provide a detailed summary via phone, text, or invoice.
9. General Terms
Accurate Information: To ensure the most efficient service, we rely on the information provided when scheduling an appointment. The more accurate and detailed the information, the better prepared we can be to address the issue on the first visit.
Mobile Service Fees: All mobile service fees are in addition to the minimum labor charge and the cost of any required parts.
10. General Disclaimers & Right to Refuse Service
Accuracy of Terms: While we strive to ensure that all terms, pricing, and service details are accurate and up-to-date, we reserve the right to make corrections and updates as necessary. If any discrepancies or omissions are discovered, we will notify the customer and make adjustments accordingly. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Right to Refuse Service: Fractured RV LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons related to safety, the customer's failure to provide accurate information, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or unacceptable.
All Rights Reserved: All rights, terms, and conditions related to the services offered by Fractured RV LLC are fully reserved by the company. Nothing in this document or in any communication between the company and the customer is intended to waive or limit the company’s rights, remedies, or ability to amend, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
By scheduling a service with Fractured RV LLC, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
